A member of the Paris Bar since 2024, Grégoire is an associate in the M&A and Strategic transactions department.

Grégoire advises both innovative, high-growth companies and the Venture and Growth Capital investors who finance them. He assists tech companies at every stage of their development, from fund-raising to external growth, right through to divestment.

Grégoire also assists major corporations in their acquisitions of tech companies.

Experience

Before joining the firm in 2023, Grégoire completed a number of corporate internships with Paris business law firms (Goodwin Procter LLP, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Winston & Strawn LLP, Ayache); and with the legal department of private bank ODDO BHF.
