            A member of the Paris Bar since 2014, Julien Etchegaray is a counsel in the M&A and Strategic transactions department.

             

            He is mainly involved in French and international acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, with listed et non-listed companies.

             

            Julien also assists shareholders, investment funds and managers in private equity and venture capital transactions.

            Prior to joining the firm, Julien worked for nine years in the Corporate M&A department of the US law firm White & Case, in Paris.
