Clémence Corpet

Presentation

A member of the Paris Bar since 2014, Clémence Corpet is Counsel in the M&A and Strategic transactions department.

Clémence is involved in all types of acquisitions, disposals and strategic alliances (build-ups, mergers, restructuring, joint ventures), as well as private equity (fund-raising, OBOs/MBOs, LBOs).

She assists managers, shareholders and investment funds in defining and implementing their growth strategies, in organizing relations between partners (governance, liquidity), in employee profit-sharing schemes and in day-to-day corporate operations.

Experience

Before joining the firm, Clémence worked for four years in the corporate department of STC Partners.
