A member of the Paris Bar since 2022, Carole Ducler is an associate in the M&A and Strategic transactions department.
She works with managers, shareholders and investment funds on venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as on acquisitions, disposals and restructuring.

Before joining the firm, Carole worked for 2 years at Hoche Avocats. Prior to that, she completed several internships with Degroux Brugère and Coblence Avocats, as well as with Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy’s business law department.
