            A member of the Paris and New York Bars since 2016, Paul Bévierre is a Counsel in our M&A and Strategic Transactions Department.

             

            He advises corporate clients, investment funds, and management teams on a broad range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and growth equity investments, recapitalizations, and joint ventures.

            Before joining the firm, Paul worked for three years at DLA Piper (Associate) and for seven years at Freshfields (Associate and then Counsel).
