            A member of the Paris Bar since 2019, Manon Faurie is an associate in the M&A and Strategic transactions department.

             

            She is mainly involved in national and international acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, and has significant experience in industrial M&A and with companies in the new technologies sector.

             

            Manon also assists shareholders, investment funds and managers in private equity and venture capital transactions.

            Prior to joining the firm, Manon worked for four years in the Corporate M&A / Private Equity department of the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Paris.
