Sekri Valentin Zerrouk advised Alpagga on a €6M fundraising
Sekri Valentin Zerrouk’s M&A and Venture Capital department has advised Alpagga, the second-hand equipment startup for professionals, on a €6 million financing round.
The round was led by Ring Capital, via its Ring Mission vehicle, complemented by Acurio Ventures and historical investor 50 Partners.
Thanks to this financing, Alpagga aims to become the key player in France for second-hand professional equipment.
