The Private Equity department of Sekri Valentin Zerrouk advised GENEO Capital on its reinvestment in Neftys Pharma, a leading player in the distribution of animal health products, in connection with For Talents’ entry into the capital alongside UI Investissement.
This transaction is part of the family succession of the Neftys Pharma group.
It aims, through this new capital restructuring, to support this transition and accelerate the group’s growth, particularly internationally.
