            Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, Sophie Gilbert is an associate in the M&A and Strategic transactions department.

             

            Sophie advises innovative companies on all their capital and strategic transactions, as well as Venture and Growth Capital investors. Her support covers all stages of a tech company’s development, from fund-raising to acquisitions and exits. Sophie also assists major corporations with their acquisitions of innovative companies. This global experience enables Sophie to provide her clients with pragmatic support focused on understanding the needs of start-ups and scale-ups.
