A member of the Paris Bar since 2022, Jean is an associate in the M&A and Strategic transactions department.

Jean advises both innovative, high-growth companies and the Venture and Growth Capital investors who finance them. He assists tech companies at every stage of their development, from fund-raising to external growth, right through to divestment.

Jean advises numerous innovative companies, as well as the Venture and Growth Capital investors who finance them. He supports tech companies at every stage of their development, from fund-raising to external growth, right through to divestment.

Jean also assists major corporations in their acquisitions of tech companies.

Experience

Before joining the firm in 2024, Jean worked as an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP for almost 3,5 years where he advised management companies on the structuring and raising of their funds.
