  Presentation

  A member of the Paris Bar since 2000, Géraud de Franclieu advises French and international clients on M&A and private equity transactions, both in France and abroad.

   

  He assists international groups and investment funds with their acquisitions, disposals and reorganizations, and has particular expertise in leveraged transactions such as LBOs, LMBOs and OBOs.

   

  Géraud is also a recognized leader in hotel acquisitions. Over the past ten years, he has been involved in numerous hotel transactions in major French cities (Paris, Bordeaux, Lille, Strasbourg, Angers, Versailles, Grenoble, Nice, Lyon, Roissy, etc.).

  Before joining the firm in 2014, Géraud practiced at Allen & Overy LLP, DLA Piper UK LLP, STC Partners (Counsel) and Courtois Lebel (Partner).

  Degree (Maitrise) in business law and taxation, Paris II Panthéon-Assas University ;

   

  EM Lyon diploma – Corporate Finance major.
