Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, Chloé Metivier is an associate in the M&A and Strategic transactions department.
She works with managers, shareholders and investment funds on venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as on acquisitions, disposals and restructuring.

Prior to joining the firm, Chloé interned with leading French law firms and with the “Autorité des Marchés Financiers” (Financial Markets Authority).
