            Natacha Baratier is a counsel in the M&A and Strategic transactions department.

             

            Natacha advises French and foreign investment funds and companies, as well as industrial groups, on asset acquisitions and disposals, restructuring and fund-raising.

             

            She is also involved in structuring joint ventures and commercial partnerships.
