Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2016, Natacha Baratier is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Operations department.
Natacha advises investment funds, family offices, and industrial groups on all of their strategic transactions, with particular focus on LBOs, build-ups, and acquisitions, both in France and internationally.
