            She is mainly involved in French and international acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, with listed et non-listed companies.

             

            Manuela also assists shareholders, investment funds and managers in private equity and venture capital transactions

            Prior to joining the firm, Manuela completed an internship in the Corporate M&A / Private Equity department at Hoche Avocats and in the M&A / Stock Exchange Law department at Gide Loyrette Nouel. Before, she completed an internship within Air Liquide’s legal direction.
