Julie Hosteing

A member of the Paris Bar since 2022, Julie Hosteing is an associate in the M&A and Strategic transactions department.

She is mainly involved in French and international acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, with listed et non-listed companies.

Julie also assists shareholders, investment funds and managers in private equity and venture capital transactions.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Julie worked for three years at Bredin Prat. Before, she completed several internships within French and international law firms.
