            A member of the Paris Bar since 2019, Anastasie Leconte is an associate in the M&A and Strategic transactions department.

             

            She is involved in M&A, private equity and restructuring operations on behalf of companies and investment funds.

            Prior to joining the firm, Anastasie worked  4 years as a Private Equity / M&A associate with the law firm HPML (now Mermoz Avocats).

             

            Before this, she completed several corporate internships, notably with Fieldfisher and Shearman & Sterling.
