Presentation
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Brian Martin is a partner in the firm’s Tax Department, where he heads the transactional practice.
Brian assists French and international companies, investment funds and management teams with the tax structuring of their mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity (LBOs, MBOs, OBOs) and complex reorganizations.
He also advises the firm’s clients on the tax aspects of their real estate investments (asset deals, share deals, restructuring of real estate portfolios).
Brian regularly works on behalf of managers to set up their management packages, and on behalf of management teams to underwrite their carried interest.

Prior to joining the firm as a partner, Brian Martin worked for over ten years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and Gide Loyrette Nouel.
