A member of the Paris Bar since 2019, Massimo Berti is a counsel in the Tax Department.
Massimo assists investment funds and French companies with the tax structuring of their private equity, M&A and intra-group reorganization transactions. He is also involved in tax audits and litigation.
Massimo also advises managers on setting up their management packages.
