  Jérôme Assouline co-heads the firm’s tax practice.

   

  He is particularly active in the field of wealth and estate taxation, where he advises, in particular, business owners on the reorganization of their professional assets and the transfer of their businesses.

   

  Admitted to the New York Bar, Jérôme Assouline has also developed particular expertise in French-American tax matters and has in-depth knowledge of the tax treatment of trusts. He advises numerous American families who own assets in France or are resident in France.

   

  Jérôme Assouline also advises entrepreneurs and corporate groups on disposals, acquisitions and restructurings, with a particularly strong focus on private equity transactions.

   

  Finally, Jérôme Assouline has developed expertise in real estate investment and tax litigation.
