Sekri Valentin Zerrouk’s M&A department has advised European e-commerce platform Voggt, the market leader for online purchases of collectibles, on its sale to Fanatics Live, the live commerce division of US-based global digital sports platform Fanatics.
With over half a million members, Voggt, founded in 2021, is the market leader in Europe for live sales of sports collectibles and trading card games (TCGs), with a community of dedicated creators selling to their audience in real time.
With this acquisition, Fanatics Live begins its long-awaited international expansion, particularly in France and Germany, by broadening its community of passionate collectors.
