A member of the Paris Bar since 2019, Massimo Berti is an associate in the Tax Department.
Massimo assists investment funds and French companies with the tax structuring of their private equity, M&A and intra-group reorganization transactions. He is also involved in tax audits and litigation.
Massimo also advises managers on setting up their management packages.
