  Jérôme Assouline is in charge of the firm’s tax practice.

   

  Jérôme Assouline advises entrepreneurs and groups of companies on disposals, acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He is particularly active in the field of private equity.

   

  Jérôme Assouline is a specialist in wealth taxation. He advises company directors on the reorganization of their business assets and the transfer of their business.

   

  Admitted to the New York Bar, Jérôme Assouline has developed particular expertise in Franco-American tax relations, and has in-depth knowledge of the taxation of trusts. Jérôme Assouline assists numerous American families owning assets in France or residing in France.

   

  Jérôme Assouline has also developed expertise in real estate investment and tax litigation.
