Sekri Valentin Zerrouk’s Real Estate department has advised Edgar Suites, France’s leading provider of high-end, new-generation aparthotels, on the negotiation of an agreement to lease in future state of completion (BEFA) for the construction of the new Edgar Suites Canopia residence, in Bordeaux. Scheduled to open in 2028, the residence will comprise 88 rooms and 2,000m² of floor space.
