Sekri Valentin Zerrouk’s Real Estate department has advised Edgar Suites, France’s leading provider of high-end, new-generation aparthotels, in the negotiation of an agreement to lease in a future state of completion (“BEFA”) for the rehabilitation of the future Edgar Suites Jules Ferry residence, in the 11th district of Paris.
This residence, which is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2026, will feature 30 rooms over a 780m² area spread across 6 floors. This project is part of Edgar Suites’ ambition to expand in Paris and the surrounding region.
