The M&A and Venture Capital Department of Sekri Valentin Zerrouk advised AI-Stroke in connection with a $4.6 million funding round led by Heka, Newfund’s BrainTech fund, with participation from Bpifrance and private investors.

This new financing will enable the company to advance its regulatory pathway with the FDA, launch multi-site clinical studies in the United States with leading stroke centers, and scale the deployment of its ‘AI neurologist,’ capable of detecting signs of stroke in just 30 seconds from any smartphone or tablet.
