Chloé Léthoré

A member of the Paris Bar since 2026, Chloé Léthoré is an associate within the Financing department.

She advises borrowers and lenders on a range of domestic and cross-border financing matters, including leveraged and acquisition finance, bond issuances, syndicated lending, real estate finance, and debt restructuring.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Chloé gained experience through various internships at French and international law firms where she contributed to a broad range of financing transactions and developed comprehensive knowledge of the financing practice area.
