Sekri Valentin Zerrouk’s M&A department advised Turenne Hôtellerie on the acquisition of the premises and goodwill of the Hôtel Le Relais de Malmaison Paris Rueil Hôtel & Spa, located in Rueil Malmaison, by its Turenne Hôtellerie 3 Fund.
This major transaction marks a new stage in Turenne Hôtellerie’s investment strategy. It is the fifth investment to be made by the Turenne Hôtellerie 3 fund, which is expected to exceed its initial target of €80 million by 2023.
