Sébasten Demay is an associate in the employment law department.
He advises and litigates in the fields of individual and collective labor relations.

Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Sébastien gained professional experience at Gide Loyrette Nouel and Capstan Avocats, following an internship in the Labor Law department at Hogan Lovells in Paris.
Earlier in his career, he served as a Labor Law lawyer at the Fédération patronale de la Chimie and as a Legal Assistant at the Paris Court of Appeal.
During his Master’s and Doctorate studies, he worked as a Labor Law lawyer within the Human Resources department of Guerbet SA.
In addition to his legal expertise, Sébastien brings over eight years of practical experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
