    Specializing in labor law, Emilie Meridjen is a partner to French and foreign companies, advising them on the development and implementation of relevant, pragmatic and secure labor documentation and strategies. Whether in the context of complex operations or day-to-day issues, she places her clients’ business challenges at the heart of her concerns. She also defends her clients before criminal, labor and social security courts.

     

    Emilie regularly assists with job preservation plans, reorganizations and collective negotiations.

     

    She has developed particular expertise in the prevention of psycho-social risks, and more specifically in the prevention of toxic behavior in the workplace. She is also an expert in the management of occupational health and safety procedures, both in consulting and litigation.

     

    She regularly assists corporate teams with audits and post-acquisition optimization strategies.

     

    Our litigation practice has been recognized and developed, with proven results in all jurisdictions dealing with employment law issues.

     

    Internationally, it provides foreign companies setting up operations in France with specific, tailored support in French and English.
