Sekri Valentin Zerrouk advised Le Paradis du Fruit on a strategic partnership with Groupe Bertrand

Sekri Valentin Zerrouk’s M&A department has advised Le Paradis du Fruit (DNA Paradis Group) on a strategic partnership with Bertrand Franchise, a subsidiary of Groupe Bertrand and the France’s leading restaurant franchisee.

The agreement also covers Hanoi Cà Phê, a Vietnamese canteen with 5 restaurants in Paris to date.

This strategic partnership has been concluded through the signing of “master franchise agreements” for the Le Paradis du Fruit and Hanoi Cà Phé brands, with a view to accelerating development and preparing for future acquisition of the brands by Bertrand Franchise.
