Sekri Valentin Zerrouk’s M&A/Private Equity, Tax Law and Financing departments advised IGZ, controlled by the Zouari Family Office, on the signing of a purchase agreement to acquire the entire stake in Picard Surgelés held by its co-shareholder Lion Capital.
Completion of the transaction is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.
