Francisca Tchouli

A member of the Paris Bar since 2023, Francisca Tchouli is an associate in the financing department.

She works with borrowers and lenders (senior/mezzanine lenders as well as debt funds), both nationally and internationally, on leveraged and acquisition financing transactions.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Francisca worked for almost 3 years in the banking and finance department of Paul Hastings.

Educational background

Master’s degree in Economic Law, option: Companies, Markets and Regulation, Sciences Po Paris.
