Maxime Rouah

A member of the Paris Bar since January 2021, Maxime Rouah is an associate in the real estate department.

Maxime specializes in real estate transactions and complex real estate operations involving all types of real estate assets (offices, logistics, commercial premises, shopping centers, logistics platform, hotels, housing, etc.).

He advises investors on the acquisition and sale of buildings or real estate companies, negotiating asset and property management contracts, leases, construction and development contracts.

Maxime recently advised real estate investors on the restructuring of their group of companies holding real estate portfolios in connection with the team dedicated to the practise funds (French REITs).

Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Maxime worked for almost five years in the real estate department of BCLP.

Master 2 Real estate law and Construction, Paris II Panthéon Assas University.
