Julien Andrez

A member of the Paris Bar since 2003, Julien Andrez is a partner in the Business Litigation practice.

Julien Andrez specializes in business litigation (acquisition litigation, commercial litigation, unfair competition, etc.), as well as in economic and financial criminal law (corruption, misappropriation of corporate assets, fraud) and press law.

He also assists managers of companies in difficulty, in their search for recovery solutions, or in civil and criminal liability actions brought by court-appointed representatives.

Julien advises a varied clientele comprising companies and company directors of all sizes, both French and foreign, investment service providers, investment funds, shareholders and court-appointed representatives.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Julien Andrez spent 4 years as a partner at Ayache, after having worked with major international firms. In 2009, he founded the independent law firm Arago, which he co-managed for over 10 years.
