Presentation
A member of the Paris Bar since 2015, Julie Cavelier is a counsel in the Restructuring department.
Julie advises clients on amicable and judicial insolvency proceedings. She assists and represents all stakeholders in such contexts (debtors, shareholders, creditors, court-appointed administrators, creditors representatives and potential buyers). She also litigates all related disputes.
Since 2024, Julie has been recognized as a Rising Star by the Legal 500 EMEA 2024 ranking (Insolvency category).

Before joining the firm, Julie worked for Kuntz & Associés and then with Nicolas Partouche at Jeantet and Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés.
