Juliane Lacroix

A member of the Paris Bar since 2024, Juliane Lacroix is an associate in the Restructuring department.

Juliane advises clients on amicable and judicial insolvency proceedings. She advises and represents all stakeholders in such contexts (debtors, shareholders, creditors, court-appointed administrators and liquidators, creditors representatives and prospective buyers). She also litigates all related disputes.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Juliane worked for Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés with Nicolas Partouche.
