Emmanuelle Vicidomini is in charge of the firm’s banking and financial law department.
She is involved in a wide range of complex transactions involving leveraged finance, acquisition finance (senior and subordinated debt), bond finance (high yield, unitranche and mezzanine), syndicated finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring.
Over the past few years, Emmanuelle Vicidomini has advised both domestic and international companies (listed and unlisted), investment funds and financial institutions.
She also advises financial institutions and a wide range of borrowers on the acquisition of real estate projects and the refinancing of real estate debts.

Prior to joining the firm as a partner, Emmanuelle Vicidomini worked for over ten years at Shearman & Sterling LLP and then Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier AARPI, where she was counsel.
