Benjamin Kermarec

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019, Benjamin Kermarec is an associate in the financing department.

He assists banks and financial institutions, as well as sponsors, with a wide range of complex domestic and international transactions in leveraged financing, acquisition financing (senior and mezzanine), bond financing and real estate financing.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin worked in the Finance & Projects department of DLA Piper France LLP.
