Anne Dumas-L’Hoir is in charge of the Business Litigation department, assisting customers with advice, negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, pre-litigation and litigation, before commercial, civil, criminal and arbitration courts.
She handles complex cases, notably on behalf of French and foreign companies and groups, both listed and unlisted, active in industry and services.
Anne Dumas-L’Hoir and her team intervene in disputes in various areas of business law.
Anne Dumas-L’Hoir and her team work for groups of Anglo-Saxon origin established in France, and are therefore well-versed in transnational relations and the resulting legal issues (in particular applicable law, competent jurisdictions, exequatur procedures, enforcement of French decisions abroad, enforcement of foreign judgments in France).
