A member of the Paris Bar since 2021, Amélie Bernard is an associate in the Restructuring department.
Amélie advises companies, as well as their executives and shareholders, on the implementation of restructuring solutions, whether in a preventive or judicial context. She also advises acquirers in distressed M&A transactions and in acquisitions through court-approved sale plans.
She is also involved in litigation related to insolvency proceedings, representing the interests of various stakeholders (debtors, shareholders, court-appointed officers, creditors, etc.).

Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Amélie worked for three and a half years at Boché Dobelle alongside Mylène Boché-Robinet, and for two years with Nicolas Depoix-Robain.
