Adèle Noyer

A member of the Paris Bar since 2025, Adèle Noyer is an associate in the Restructuring department.

Adèle advises clients on amicable and judicial insolvency proceedings. She advises and represents the various stakeholders in such contexts (debtors, shareholders, creditors, court-appointed administrators and liquidators, creditors representatives and prospective buyers). She also litigates all related disputes.
