SVZ ADVISES ZENITH CAPITAL ON ITS ALLIANCE WITH CRYSTAL

Antoine Haï, M&A – Private Equity partner, advised Zenith Capital and its founders on a strategic and capital alliance with Crystal, which is taking a majority stake in the structured products intermediation specialist.

Founded in 2017, Zenith Capital is managed by its founding partners Pierre Guys and Eloi Brézac, joined by two new partners in 2020, Romain Besançon and Pierre-François Marty. The company is one of the most active intermediaries in the French market, with more than €600 million in assets under management in 2021. The company assists its clients in their asset allocation and selection of complex products.

Within the framework of this alliance, Zenith Capital will provide Crystal’s entities (Crystal Finance, Expert & Finance, Laplace and WiseAM) with all its know-how in order to strengthen their expertise in structured products. While Crystal will rely on Zenith Capital’s distribution capabilities with asset managers, institutions and companies to offer its range of proprietary products in BtoB, in particular those produced by WiseAM (mutual funds, mandates, structured mandates, private equity, real estate) and by Pierres By Crystal (selection and financing of SCPI and other real estate investment products).
