SVZ ADVISES LAURENT DE GOURCUFF AND SEBASTIEN PACAULT ON THE ACQUISITION OF PARIS SOCIETY BY ACCOR

Sekri Valentin Zerrouk, and more particularly Franck Sekri, Jérôme Assouline, and Antoine Haï, partners, Sophie de Carné-Carnavalet, counsel, Eloi Sahli and François Peltre, associates, advised Laurent de Gourcuff and Sebastien Pacault, in the context of the acquisition of Paris Society by Accor. Accor had acquired a stake in Paris Society in 2017. The current management team will remain in place after the completion of the transaction to continue to support the group in its development.

Founded in 2008 by Laurent de Gourcuff, the Paris Society group is a major player in exceptional restaurants in Paris, employing 3,000 people. Thanks to this acquisition, Paris Society plans to open a number of new restaurants abroad, where the company is not yet very present.
