Olivier Legrand works in the corporate department as a Partner.
Olivier mainly assists technology companies (notably fintech, deeptech, foodtech and medtech) and their investors in their strategic transactions.
Before joining SVZ, Olivier worked for 4 years in the corporate department of Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris. Prior to that, Olivier Legrand was a lawyer at LL Berg.
Olivier has recently acted as :
- Counsel to Younited Crédit for its $170 million fundraising with Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Bridgepoint as well as its historical investors Eurazeo, Bpifrance and AG2R La Mondiale;
- Counsel to the founders and historical partners of Artur’in in connection with the acquisition of a €42 million equity stake in Providence Strategic Growth;
- Counsel to the investors (BlackFin, Bpifrance, Daphni, Serena) in the context of the €33 million fundraising of Memo Bank.
