Advising Edgar Suites on the acquisition, via a share deal, of a site in Vincennes, and the parallel negotiation of a real estate development agreement with SOGEPROM for the development of a new serviced residence

The Real Estate department of Sekri Valentin Zerrouk advised Edgar Suites, a leading French provider of next-generation high-end serviced apartments, on the acquisition, via a share deal, of a site in Vincennes (94) for the development of a future 2,865 sq.m. upscale serviced residence. In parallel, the Real Estate team assisted in negotiating a real estate development agreement with SOGEPROM for the design and construction of the project.

The development will comprise a four-storey building featuring 120 rooms, one retail unit, and 13 parking spaces. Opening is scheduled for 2028.
