Sekri Valentin Zerrouk advises Spanish and Latin American companies wishing to invest or operate in France (particularly acquisitions and commercial partnerships). We also assist French companies with their transactions in the Spanish market, in association with leading law firms.
In coordination with all the firm’s departments, the Mergers & Acquisitions & Strategic Operations department advised its clients on a large number of Franco-Spanish projects, such as the setting-up of an economic partnership between Cover Manager and TableOnline, and the acquisition of Zeenco by Amaranzero.
