Clémence Corpet is an associate specialized in corporate law. She joined the firm in 2017 after four years spent within the M&A team of a French law firm in Paris, STC Partners.
She works with the managers, the shareholders or the investment funds and advises on venture capital and private equity transactions as well as on sales, acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
