SVZ ADVISES THE SHAREHOLDERS OF HARWELL MANAGEMENT ON ITS ACQUISITION BY CGI

Sekri Valentin Zerrouk (Thomas Verdeil, partner and Jean Barrouillet, associate, on tax aspects; Antoine Haï, partner and Alexis Orlando, associate, on M&A aspects as well as Thibaud Perrin, counsel in employment law) advised the shareholders of Harwell Management in the context of its acquisition by CGI.

Founded in 2009, Harwell Management is a management consulting firm specializing in financial services in the French market and has 150 consultants who assist major financial institutions in defining and implementing results-oriented strategies. Through this merger with CGI, Harwell Management’s teams and clients will benefit from new opportunities to grow their businesses and careers.

CGI France, an information technology and management consulting firm, announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire, through its subsidiary CGI France SAS, all of the shares of Harwell Management and its subsidiaries. This acquisition will enable CGI to expand CGI Business Consulting’s capabilities in key segments of the financial services industry.
