SVZ ADVISES SPIE NUCLEAIRE IN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATIONS WITH BELFOR PREVENTION FRANCE

Sekri Valentin Zerrouk, and more particularly Antoine Haï, partner in the M&A department, and Alexis Orlando, associate, advised SPIE Nucléaire in the context of exclusive negotiations with Belfor Prévention France, the world leader in post-disaster remediation, for the acquisition of its fire protection activities for the nuclear sector in France.

SPIE Nucléaire, a leader in multi-technical projects and services, develops engineering services for its customers in the nuclear industry. With this acquisition, Spie Nucléaire is strengthening its position in the fire protection market, particularly in the nuclear sector.  This merger will also enable it to broaden its portfolio of services and strengthen its positioning in the market for second-generation EPRs (EPR2) by 2030.

BELFOR Prévention France (BPF), a recognised supplier of passive fire protection works, operates throughout France and has a diversified and long-term customer base. Based in Maisons-Alfort in the Paris region, the company employs around 80 qualified staff.
