SVZ ADVISES PNY IN ITS FUNDRAISING OF 15M€

Antoine Haï, M&A – Private Equity partner, is assisting PNY in a new €15m fundraising with its historical shareholder Generis Capital Partners and Initiative & Finance, which is joining the company.

Founded in 2012, PNY has developed a restaurant concept based on original recipes for quality hamburgers and now has 10 restaurants and 250 employees, mainly in Paris. This fundraising will enable the group to accelerate its development in France and abroad, with the aim of reaching 40 restaurants in France and opening up internationally.

Generis Capital Partners, PNY’s historical shareholder since 2017, is an independent management company that finances and supports the growth of SMEs in France and internationally.

Initiative & Finance is an investment firm that supports the managers of SMEs and ETIs in all their issues.
